Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information.
This Privacy Policy is written in plain English to explain how Explore Moor may handle personal information. It should be reviewed before full commercial launch.
Last updated: May 2026
At Explore Moor, we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, who may process it, and what choices you have.
Explore Moor is a Moor & More Studio project, created by Millie Carter. It sits alongside Narrow & Wide as part of the same wider ecosystem.
Explore Moor is built around writing, video, newsletters, social links, contact forms, and the story behind the wider project. Some features are hosted by third-party platforms such as Substack and YouTube, so those services may also collect information under their own policies.

We collect information needed to run the site, reply to messages, manage newsletter links, understand what is useful, and keep the project safe.
Substack handles the newsletter
If you subscribe to Explore Moor Journal, your email subscription is handled by Substack under its own terms and privacy policy.
Embedded content may use third-party services
Substack forms, YouTube videos, and future embeds may involve third-party services. Where required, embedded content should only load after consent.
Public comments may be public
If you comment or reply on Substack, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or future public spaces, that content may be visible to others.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers to run the project.
